May 25, 2025 – ImageSat International (ISI) announced today the signing of a significant agreement with a customer for the provision of services from the EROS satellite constellation. The agreement also includes related equipment and support services, provided over a two-year period.

Under the terms of the agreement, the customer will pay ISI a total of $42 million ($21 million per year), subject to ISI’s commitment to deliver services as defined in the agreement.
